Cancellation Policy
•Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.
•Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service cost, up to a maximum of $150.
•No call, no show will be 100% of the service cost.
•Appointments have a 10 minute late window, after the given time, client is considered a no show. All cancellation/late fees must be paid in full to book another appointment. Clients who do not pay the fee, will be ineligible to book in the future and terminated as a client.
